好吧，又轮到我来写文章了。想到最近似乎关于491转191需要53900的收入标准最近倒是引起来挺大的争议，那今天就随便说说这个吧。
绝大部分潜在申请者都认为这个门槛的高度远远超过心理预期，就算目前在悉尼和墨尔本等大城市，没有PR没有太多工作经验的留学毕业生，这个高度也不是轻易能达到的，何况是在机会更少的偏远呢？
内政部官网今天刚刚更细了9月份的Skilled visa newsletters，最重磅的内容就是公布了新偏远地区494/491签证转191PR的最低收入要求！
一、申请 EOI 材料清单 Form 956 授权表 护照首页 雅思（或托福、PTE） 职业评估 中国大学的学位证毕业证成绩单公证件（如有） 澳洲大学的所有学位证、完成信和成绩单（包括 Diploma，如有） PY 证书和成绩单（如有） NAATI 认证的信件（如有） 偏远地区 2 年学习加分材料（提供 cover 完成信上学习时间的所有 bank statement） 工作经验加分材料(Reference Letter, Payslips, PayG,税单,报税记录,养老金,银行流水等等) 配偶加分材料（雅思/PTE 和职业评估，如有） 个人简历（申请 190/491 州担保才需要提供此项） 二、申请 189/190/491 签证材料清单 最近 6 个月护照格式照片 jpg 电子版 出生公证 (若更改过名字，请额外提供改名公证，且中国无犯罪必须要有曾用名!) 中国无犯罪公证 澳洲无犯罪记录 其他国家无犯罪记录（如果在任何国家或地区居住满 12 个月，请提供无犯罪记录） 80 表 体检（若一年内体检过，提供 HAP ID；若无，则递签后我们会提供体检信） 若有副申请，请提供如上第 2，3，4， 6，11，13，14，15，16，17，18，19 项材料
489原偏远地区州担保在本周9月10号正式退出历史舞台，11月16号新的491将会接棒，在正式可以发放邀请前，各偏远地区会在这一两个月陆续公布491邀请的职业和要求等，联邦政府预计也会在10月份公布更多新签证细节。新旧交替的第一周，我们就迎来两个重要消息！
